Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 egg(s)
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 200 g feta cheese
- some salt and pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and garlic into a meat dough and season with salt and pepper. Cut the feta cheese into fairly small cubes. Form the meat dough into meatballs, working a cheese cube into the center of each ball. Fry the balls in a pan with hot oil.
