Greek Noodle Mince Casserole

  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 200 g Pasta penne
  • 200 g Zucchini fresh
  • 1 Can Tomatoes happened
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Finely chopped parsley
  • 150 g Sheep cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  1. Fry the minced meat in hot oil. Wash the zucchinis, cut in half, then cut into slices and add to the minced meat. Add the tomatoes. Finely chop oregano and parsley and add to the sauce, season with salt and pepper. Put the uncooked pasta in a baking dish and distribute the sauce evenly over it. Crumble the sheep cheese over it. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (convection 175 degrees) for 35 minutes.
