Thick Spare Ribs Flavored
The perfect thick spare ribs flavored recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the marinade:
- 3 tablespoon Hot curry ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce dark
- 1 teaspoon Honey liquid
- 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and then brush the ribs with it. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees using a suitable pan and fry the ribs in it for about 60 to 90 minutes. Brush the marinade every now and then.
- You can also cook the ribs outside on the grill, then it is a lot faster, but the weather only allowed the oven variant. I served it with a warm potato salad with a few spicy tomato wedges as a garnish.
