Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pork (lean pork neck)
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, large
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- oregano
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, and place them in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Crush the garlic cloves and sprinkle them over the potatoes. Then season the meat with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme and place it over the potatoes. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Set the oven to 250 degrees Celsius and braise for 1 hour.
