Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 2 small peppers, fresh
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • some olive oil
  • Salt
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and if you like, halve the rest as well. Cut the onion in half and slice. Dice the feta cheese, halve the peppers, remove the seeds (they’re very hot otherwise), and cut into small strips. Combine everything in a salad bowl. Roughly chop the parsley and sprinkle over the salad. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs.
