Greek Salad with Crispy Cabanossi

- Mixed salad
- Olives
- Paprika
- Cucumber
- Sheep cheese
- Radish
- 100 g Cabanossi
- Parmesan
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash all types of vegetables, chop them up and place on the plate.
- Pour olives and sheep cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cabanossi, cut fine rings and leave them out in the hot pan without any fat and fry them briefly, not too long, they get too dry quickly.
- Pour over the salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and pour freshly grated Parmesan over the top.
