Greek Salad with Crispy Cabanossi

The perfect greek salad with crispy cabanossi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Mixed salad
  • Olives
  • Paprika
  • Cucumber
  • Sheep cheese
  • Radish
  • 100 g Cabanossi
  • Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash all types of vegetables, chop them up and place on the plate.
  2. Pour olives and sheep cheese on top.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cabanossi, cut fine rings and leave them out in the hot pan without any fat and fry them briefly, not too long, they get too dry quickly.
  5. Pour over the salad.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and pour freshly grated Parmesan over the top.
  7. Very tasty with it: baguette, ciabatta or fresh bread.
