The perfect strawberry – yoghurt – ice cream … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Fresh strawberries
- 0,5 Fresh lime
- 3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Squeeze the lime. Puree the strawberries with the lime juice and powdered sugar. Add yoghurt and stir everything well.
- Pour the mass into a freezer and place in the freezer. Stir with a fork every hour for the first three hours. Let freeze overnight. Take out of the freezer about 30 minutes before serving.
