Strawberry – Yoghurt – Ice Cream …

The perfect strawberry – yoghurt – ice cream … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Fresh strawberries
  • 0,5 Fresh lime
  • 3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 200 g Natural yoghurt
  1. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Squeeze the lime. Puree the strawberries with the lime juice and powdered sugar. Add yoghurt and stir everything well.
  2. Pour the mass into a freezer and place in the freezer. Stir with a fork every hour for the first three hours. Let freeze overnight. Take out of the freezer about 30 minutes before serving.
