delicious and hearty for parties or as a starter
Place the feta cheese in a bowl with the cream cheese, bell pepper pieces, and onions. Add olive oil to your liking; you don’t need to skimp on it, as the feta cheese itself is quite dry. Add the pepper, chili peppers, and garlic oil (amount to taste). Stir the mixture well and break it up until no large pieces of feta cheese remain. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, then spread generously on white bread (preferably baguette slices). Some people prefer garlic cloves instead of oil; in this case, use at least 4-6 cloves. If you don’t want to spread the cheese directly on the white bread, serve the entire mixture on a board and garnish with pepperoni/chives.
