Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g pasta, Greek (e.g. from Kattus)
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 1 ring/s meat sausage (small ring)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 pack of mixed herbs (7 herbs)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pasta salad with a twist – without mayonnaise
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Transfer to a bowl and let cool. Trim the bell peppers. Peel the sausage. Cut both into cubes and add to the cooked, cold pasta. Bring the water to a boil with the sugar, vinegar, olive oil, and spices. Let cool and pour over the pasta. Let stand overnight before serving.
