Greek-style puff pastry boats

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 roll (to taste ätter dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 spring onions
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 50 g herb cream cheese
  • 50 ml cooking cream, reduced fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs (8-herb mixture)
  • 1 egg(s)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Quick, tasty and filling

Brown the minced meat. Dice the spring onions and zucchini and sauté them. Dice the tomatoes and add them. Turn off the heat and add the cream and herb cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Divide the puff pastry into 4 rectangles and spread the fried mixture evenly over them. Now shape the rectangles into small boats. Crumble the feta onto the filled boats and brush the puff pastry with a beaten egg. Bake the boats on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
