Green Asparagus Curry …..

The perfect green asparagus curry ….. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Wok vegetables:

  • 300 g Green asparagus
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 1 kl. Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion shallot
  • 1 Knofi
  • Fresh ginger
  • 200 ml Broth
  • 1 tsp Green curry paste
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • Fresh or frozen prawns as much as you want
  1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, cut the garlic and ginger and the onion into rings. Cut the vegetables into cubes or thin strips as you like.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok, briefly fry the garlic, ginger and onion in it, add the carrots and let sear for a few minutes, the rest of the meat. Add the vegetables and fry them well, add the stock and steam until the vegetables still have a nice bite. Season to taste with curry paste and curry. Add the cooked but not overcooked rice to the pot.
