Green Asparagus Curry …..
The perfect green asparagus curry ….. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Wok vegetables:
- 300 g Green asparagus
- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 kl. Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion shallot
- 1 Knofi
- Fresh ginger
- 200 ml Broth
- 1 tsp Green curry paste
- 1 tbsp Curry
- Fresh or frozen prawns as much as you want
- Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, cut the garlic and ginger and the onion into rings. Cut the vegetables into cubes or thin strips as you like.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok, briefly fry the garlic, ginger and onion in it, add the carrots and let sear for a few minutes, the rest of the meat. Add the vegetables and fry them well, add the stock and steam until the vegetables still have a nice bite. Season to taste with curry paste and curry. Add the cooked but not overcooked rice to the pot.
- In the time when the vegetables are crispy in the wok 🙂 I skewer the seasoned prawns on a kebab skewer and fry them in the pan just before serving.
- If you want, you can add chopped coriander or parsley to the vegetables just before serving.
