Salt Oranges
The perfect salt oranges recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Juice orange organic
- 1 tablespoon Coarse sea salt
The amount is calculated for a 50 gram glass
- Rinse the glass with hot water. Wash the orange with hot water.
- Peel the orange thinly. Cut the peel into strips. Then squeeze the orange.
- Pour the orange peel into the glass and add the salt.
- Add the juice of the orange.
- Close the glass and let it boil briefly in a saucepan. I did this in an egg cooker.
- Then turn the glass upside down and let it cool down and let it rest for 3 weeks.
- The bowls go well with salads. The juice can be used to flavor sauces or soups.
