Green bean pasta salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of beans, green, fresh
  • 250 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 2 spring onions
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • possibly tomato(s) (cocktail tomatoes)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

perfect for grilling

Cook the beans and pasta separately in salted water. Meanwhile, finely chop the spring onions and grate the Parmesan cheese. While the pasta is still hot, mix it with the Parmesan cheese in a bowl and add the beans and onions. Season with pepper, salt, and balsamic vinegar and let stand for 2-4 hours. Then season again and add olive oil. Finally, stir in freshly chopped parsley and, if desired, a few halved cherry tomatoes for color. Tastes great with grilled meat.
