Green bean salad with corn

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beans, green, fresh or frozen
  • Savory, fresh or dried
  • 1 can/n corn, approx. 200 g weight
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp oil (salad oil)
  • Vinegar (apple cider vinegar and/or lemon juice)
  • salt and pepper
  • Dill, fresh
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim the beans and cook with a little savory until slightly tender. Let cool, then mix with the corn. Thinly slice the spring onions and stir in. Mix the remaining ingredients into a salad dressing and mix with the vegetables. Let it marinate for a while. Serve the salad with egg wedges. Delicious with ciabatta bread for a summery meal (or even a starter!)
