Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 can/n beans each 800 g drained weight
  • 400 g sausage (lung sausage)
  • 60 g bacon
  • 450 g potatoes, diced
  • 3 medium-sized onions, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 ½ liters of broth (meat or vegetable broth)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp savory
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Brown diced onion, bacon (3 strips, 20 g each), and sliced ​​lung sausage in clarified butter. Add the beans (entire can), broth, sliced ​​carrots, salt, pepper, savory, parsley, and bay leaf. Simmer for 25 minutes, then add the diced potatoes and simmer for another 25 minutes. Season to taste.
