Green beans with breadcrumbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g green beans
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the peeled beans for 15-20 minutes until al dente. Melt the butter, fry the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves until golden brown, add the breadcrumbs and fry briefly. Then add the cooked beans and season with salt and pepper. Delicious with meatballs or meatloaf.
