Green breakfast smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot(s), finely chopped
  • ¼ cucumber(s), cut into pieces
  • 1 small apple, cut into pieces
  • ½ banana(s)
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 handful of blueberries or raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • ⅛ liter almond drink
  • ⅛ liter kefir
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Mint leaves and/or basil leaves
  • ½ lemon(s), squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Add water to taste, depending on your desired consistency. This is a green smoothie, although the blueberries will change the color slightly.
