Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of celery, finely chopped
- 1 carrot(s), finely chopped
- ¼ cucumber(s), cut into pieces
- 1 small apple, cut into pieces
- ½ banana(s)
- ½ avocado(s)
- 1 handful of blueberries or raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp linseed oil
- ⅛ liter almond drink
- ⅛ liter kefir
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Mint leaves and/or basil leaves
- ½ lemon(s), squeezed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Add water to taste, depending on your desired consistency. This is a green smoothie, although the blueberries will change the color slightly.
