Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 package of bacon
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ lime(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- oil
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy and keep warm. Prepare the tagliatelle according to the instructions. Meanwhile, sauté a diced onion and a minced garlic clove in the frying fat, deglaze with a cup of cream, and bring to a boil. Add lime juice to taste and season with salt and pepper. Stir in some chopped parsley. Add the drained tagliatelle to the sauce and fold in. Serve with the bacon on top.
