Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp, heaped herbs (parsley, cress, lovage, etc.)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 dashes honey
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch of herb pepper
  • some ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 11 minutes

easy and fast

Wash and pick the herbs, then blanch them briefly in hot water for about 30 seconds, then immediately place them in ice-cold water, ideally with a few ice cubes. Then dry thoroughly and chop finely. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix in the herbs. Season with herb salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and honey to taste.
