Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g olives, green
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp basil, dried
- 2 tsp thyme, dried
- 2 tsp rosemary needles, dried
- 2 tsp oregano, dried
- 5 tbsp olive oil, more if needed
- 3 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Drain the olives and place them in a bowl. Add more olive oil (more than 5 tablespoons if needed) and the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Store in a sealable jar or Tupperware container in the refrigerator for at least one night.
