Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, green
- 2 pts. ham, cooked
- 400 g processed cheese
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 3 cups of cream
- Paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water. Chop the ham into small pieces and lightly fry it in a pan, adding salt and paprika to taste. Deglaze the ham with the cream. Add the cream cheese and feta cheese, stirring constantly until dissolved. Add the drained pasta and stir to combine.
