Green Poison Cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml woodruff syrup
  • 1 cup of yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • 12 sheets of white gelatin
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Fat for the mold
  • Sweets (gummy frogs, worms or white mice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 35 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder, add, and mix thoroughly. Pour the sponge mixture into a greased springform pan and bake at 175°C for 10-15 minutes. Let the cake base cool and place it on a cake plate. Place a cake ring on top. Mix the woodruff syrup with the yogurt. Soften the gelatin in water. My tip: Melt it in the microwave on the lowest setting. Take a few spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture and add it to the gelatin. Only then add the remaining yogurt mixture to avoid gummy bears. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff and fold it into the yogurt mixture. When it starts to set (it happens very quickly), pour the mixture onto the cake base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Decorate the poison cake with gummy frogs, worms, or white mice. It looks great and tastes wonderfully fresh.
