Quick vegetable and sausage pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 100g salami
  • 200 g spaetzle, cooked
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the onion. Wash, trim, and deseed the bell pepper. Rinse the leek, trim, and cut into rings. Sauté the vegetables in oil. Finely chop the sausage and salami and add them to the vegetables along with the cooked spaetzle. Sauté for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
