Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of lettuce (lettuce)
- Salt and pepper, white
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 1 tsp mustard, hot (fine Dijon mustard)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- ¼ liter sour cream
- 4 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the egg. Finely chop the chives and parsley. Combine the sour cream with the oil, mustard, egg, and herbs, and season the dressing with salt and pepper. Wash and trim the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Gently fold in the dressing and serve immediately.
