Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 500 g sugar
- 10 eggs
- 500 g butter or margarine
- 4 tbsp whipped cream
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 bag of red currant jelly, flat
- 1 bag of groats, green or jelly
- n. B. cocoa powder

Sheet cake, ideal for children’s birthdays
Combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, heavy cream, baking powder, and vanilla sugar to form a smooth batter. Divide the mixture into four portions. Sprinkle one portion with vanilla pudding powder, one with red fruit compote, and one with green fruit compote. Stir cocoa powder into the fourth portion. Then place small dollops of each of the four different batters onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 45 minutes.
