Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 pts. Herb mix for green sauce, frozen
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Boil the eggs hard. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil until smooth. Stir in the sour cream. Add the herbs. Finely dice the egg whites and mix in. Serve with potatoes.
