Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small bananas, ripe
- 2 leaves of Chinese cabbage
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small apple
- 1 piece(s) ginger root, size of a thumbtip
Instructions

Peel and chop the bananas, and add them to the blender. Wash and chop the Chinese cabbage leaves and zucchini, and add them to the blender. Quarter the apple, remove the core, and add it to the blender. Peel the piece of ginger, cut it into small pieces, and add it to the blender. Then fill the container with water up to the 1-liter mark and blend on high for 2 minutes.
