Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 200 g apple
- 90 g banana(s)
- 80 g cucumber(s)
- 750 ml water

Chop everything into small pieces; if necessary, peel the cucumber, apple, and carrot. Then, add everything to the smoothie maker and blend the solid ingredients into a puree. Then, fill the container with about 750 ml of water and blend everything for about five minutes. You’ll then have a juice without pulp. If you prefer pulp, simply blend for less time. It’s best to try it. Then refrigerate it for about an hour. Note: The smoothie isn’t sweet and can be sweetened to taste. Personally, I find it very enjoyable even without adding any extra sugar.
