Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g green spelt, crushed
  • 3 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dry roast the green spelt in a pan until it smells nutty, then bring to a boil with 2.5 times the amount of water, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 5 minutes and let it swell on low heat for 30 minutes. Once cooled, knead in oil or butter. Season with sautéed onion, salt, pepper, and garlic.
