Rösti – baked smoked pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of smoked pork
  • 1 bag of frozen Rösti
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 100 g sweet cream
  • 250 g Emmental cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pre-toast the rösti in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. In the meantime, grease a shallow baking dish and place the smoked pork slices side by side. Whisk the crème fraîche and cream together in a mixing bowl. Place the pre-toasted rösti on the smoked pork slices, then spread the crème fraîche sauce evenly over them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for at least 30-40 minutes.
