Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,000 g tomatoes, green unripe
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 shot of rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and chop them finely. Cook in a tall saucepan with the white wine until soft, then strain through a sieve. Add the gelling sugar and bring to a boil according to the gelling sugar instructions. Stir in a dash of rum and a pinch of cinnamon just before the end.
