- 50 g red cabbage, thick ribs removed
- ½ banana(s)
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- 120 ml coconut water, no coconut milk

Cut the washed red cabbage leaves and peeled banana into pieces and blend with pineapple juice and coconut water in a blender, first on low speed, then on high speed, until smooth for about 2 minutes. A high-performance blender is recommended due to the cabbage’s texture.
