Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 leaves red cabbage, raw
- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp almonds, ground
- n. B. Water, cold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Raw food, spicy and tart
Wash the red cabbage and remove the center ribs. Chop the remaining red cabbage. Peel and coarsely chop the oranges. Place all ingredients, including the ground almonds, in a blender and puree until smooth. Add cold water if desired.
