  • 1 small beetroot, organic
  • 2 small apples, organic
  • 1 carrot(s), organic
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 2 – 3 cm in size, organic

Warming multivitamin juice with ginger, apple and carrot

Thoroughly clean the vegetables with the vegetable brush. Then cut everything into pieces that fit the opening of the juicer. Leave the peel and cores. Place the finely chopped fruit and vegetables in the juicer. Serve. This wintery beetroot juice tastes delicious on its own. Diluted with mineral water, it takes on a vibrant color and has a warming effect thanks to the ginger.
