Quick marinade for grilling

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 large onion(s), roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • some salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with mustard and onion – for meat of your choice

You might need a small chopper, but it’s super quick and easy. Put the oil, mustard, onion, and spices in the chopper and puree everything. It’s okay if it becomes a paste; that way it sticks to the meat better. Then I take a bowl with a lid, add the marinade, and roll my chosen meat in it until everything is coated. After just two hours, the meat has taken on a wonderful flavor without tasting too strongly of any ingredients. If you want, you can pat off the marinade before grilling. But I always leave it on; it tastes great.
