Grill Skewers with Chicken and Vegetables
The perfect grill skewers with chicken and vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Chicken minute steaks
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 1 Vegetable onions approx. 250 g
- 1 Zucchini approx. 200 g
- 1 Red bell pepper approx. 200 g
- 1 Yellow pepper approx. 200 g
- 1 piece Leeks approx. 150 g
- 4 tbsp Pepperoni oil
- 4 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 4 big pinches Mediterranean-Style seasoned salt from the mill
- 8 Grillspieße und 5 Schaschlikstäbe
- Charcoal grill
- Wash the chicken minute steaks, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut all steaks in half. Clean / brush the mushrooms and remove the stems. Peel and halve the vegetable onion, divide the halves into thirds and cut into wedges. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. Quarter, clean, wash and cut the peppers. Clean and wash the leek and cut into coarse rings. Put / thread all ingredients on grill skewers or shish kebab sticks (see pictures / 6 grill skewers with chicken and 7 grill skewers only with vegetables) and with a marinade of peperoni oil (4 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (4 tbsp), light soy sauce (4th tbsp) Tbsp) and Mediterranean-style spice salt from the mill (4 big pinches). The skewers can now be covered and refrigerated until they are grilled. Served here with baguette, radishes, various barbecue sauces and herder’s cheese.
