Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 200 g flour (rye flour)
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 100 g seeds (sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame, etc.)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • Fat for the baking pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very quick and easy bread recipe

Combine all ingredients except the water in a bowl and mix briefly. Now add the water and mix for 3 minutes with a hand mixer (dough hook) on high speed. Grease a loaf pan and pour in the dough. Smooth the surface of the dough in the pan, sprinkle with a few seeds if desired, and cut lengthwise about 1 cm deep. Place on the middle rack in a (not!) preheated oven. Set the oven to 190°C (top and bottom heat), and bake the bread for 60 minutes. When the bread is cold, turn it out of the pan.
