Ingredients
- 600 g Fresh chicken breast
- 4 cm Fresh ginger
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 150 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,75 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 0,5 tsp Ground turmeric spice
- 0,75 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast a little and put it in a bowl!
- Then peel the ginger and garlic, grate the ginger finely and press the garlic! Mix well with yogurt (DON'T LEAVE THE FOLCKT!), Cayenne pepper, turmeric, cumin, sugar, paprika, Garam Masala, garam pepper, seasoned salt, paprika and oil and mix well with the chicken breasts!
- Then insert at least 15 minutes (the longer the better)!
- Meanwhile, fire up the charcoal or preheat the oven to 180 degrees!
- Now take the breasts out of the marinade and wipe everything off well! Cook on the grill over direct heat for 8 minutes on each side. Then let it steep for another 5 minutes in aluminum foil! Cook in the oven for 15 minutes!
- There was also mixed grilled vegetable curry basket * INDIAN STYLE * grilled vegetable curry basket * INDIAN STYLE * or you can put it in the oven under your breasts and cook with it! This is done by dipping yoghurt and e.g. Naan; or flatbread! 🙂
