Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ chicken
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 8 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
for the gas grill
Clean and dry the half chicken. Mix olive oil with a little salt, then stir in the herbs de Provence. Spread the marinade generously over the chicken. Grill on the gas grill for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, until cooked through and nicely browned and crispy. Tip: I prefer organic chicken.
