Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g broccoli, frozen
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch of garlic granules
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 30 g processed cheese, with herbs, light
- 50 ml low-fat milk

If necessary, thaw the broccoli slightly in the microwave beforehand. Then divide it into small florets. Heat oil in a pan. Add the broccoli to the pan, season with curry, pepper, salt, and garlic, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender. Stir in the processed cheese and milk and let everything simmer for a few more minutes.
