Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 16 small mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 onions
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roughly dice the zucchini, bell peppers, and onions; leave the mushrooms whole if they aren’t too large. Thread the vegetables onto eight shish kebab skewers. Prepare a marinade from the juice of one lemon, the crushed garlic cloves, and the olive oil and pour it over the skewers. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes before grilling. Then place it on the grill. The quantities given are for a side dish.
