Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork fillet(s)
- n. B. onion(s), possibly
- n. B. bell pepper(s), possibly
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade well. Cut the meat into pieces or slices. Fill a freezer bag with the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Knead the meat frequently to ensure the marinade is well coated. Thread the meat onto skewers, either solo or alternating with pieces of onion and bell pepper, and grill. The grilling time depends on personal preference (medium or well done) and the thickness of the pieces of meat. If you use wooden skewers, soak them in water for a while to make the grilled meat easier to remove from the skewer.
