Grilled fruit skewers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 20 g honey
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 10 g curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

Chop the fruit into small pieces and thread them alternately onto the skewers, leaving some space between each piece. Mix the honey with the lime juice and curry powder. Grill the skewers directly over medium heat for 4 minutes, brushing them with honey on all sides. This also tastes great with other fruits.
