Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-large loin
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 pinches of chili powder, or as desired
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 20 minutes
Slice the loin. Stir together the marinade and season to taste. Brush the loin pieces with it and let them marinate for several hours, preferably in a vacuum. Grill for 5-10 minutes, depending on the heat. It will be juiciest if grilled indirectly or directly with the lid on.
