Grilled mushrooms

Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 15 large mushrooms
  • 2 packs of ready-made salad mix
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with herbs

Just clean/brush the mushrooms (please do not peel off the skin, as this is where the flavor comes from). Carefully break off the stems and dice them finely. Mix the salad dressing with water and oil and add the diced stems until it forms a nice mixture. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then carefully fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and cook on the grill with the opening facing up. All barbecue sauces go well with them, especially garlic curd. I always prepare these mushrooms in the morning. Tip: You can freeze the leftover stems and use them up for the next opportunity, e.g., pizza.
