Grilled pineapple gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 4 slices of cheese (e.g. sliced ​​cheese)
  • 4 tsp cranberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Make four “nests” from enough aluminum foil. First, place a pineapple ring in each nest, then a slice of cheese on top. Place the pineapple nests on the grill. They’re ready when the cheese starts to melt or bubbles in the center. Place the nests on plates and finally, add some cranberries to the center, if desired.
