Grilled pork loin with chili flakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pork loin(s)
  • 1 tbsp salt, coarse
  • 2 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • ½ tbsp chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 35 minutes

juicy, with pep, but not too spicy

Mix the spices together and add the oil. Mix everything into a paste and let it sit for a few minutes. Wash the pork loin and pat dry. Place the loin on a large piece of aluminum foil and rub it with the seasoning paste. Wrap the loin in the aluminum foil and fold over the ends. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Remove the loin from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking. Grill the wrapped loin indirectly for about 10 minutes, turning several times. Then remove the aluminum foil and grill for about another 5 minutes on all sides to develop a nice crust. Remove from the grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
