Grilled potatoes with rosemary

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 small potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch rosemary (dried)
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary

super simple and always good with sausages or grilled food, traditional food for us instead of bread

Wash the potatoes (do not peel) and cook until slightly tender. Drain the water, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, rosemary, and cayenne pepper. Place 5 potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil and pour a tablespoon of marinade over the potatoes. Place a small sprig of rosemary on top and fold the aluminum foil over to wrap the potatoes (in a flat package/press together well). Turn and rotate slightly to distribute the oil. Place the package on the grill and grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently, depending on the intensity of the embers.
