Grilled Prawns with Acocado Dip

The perfect grilled prawns with acocado dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 Pc. Chopped garlic
  • 1 pinch Chilli from the mill
  • 8 Pc. Cocktail tomatoes red
  • 1 Pc. Baguette
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. If you want, you can skewer the shrimp and season them with herb salt. Puree the avocado meat with yogurt and garlic and season with chili powder to taste TIP if you have a Thermomix®, put everything in the mixing bowl for 20 seconds. / Level 8. Dice tomatoes and add to the avocado cream. Grill the prawns on the grill or in a grill pan. Serve with the baguette and the avocado cream. If you want, you can cut the baguette into slices, coat the slices with olive oil and grill them too.
