Spread the love

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g pork goulash
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), red
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
  • Salt, coarse, from the mill
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cut the peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces. Then, start assembling the skewers: alternating between a piece of pork, then an onion, and then a pepper. Continue doing this until you have three pieces of each type on the skewer. Now, prepare the marinade. Chop the garlic and chili peppers into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour over as much olive oil as you like, then add the oregano, chili flakes, and cracked pepper. Season to taste with salt. Finally, spoon the marinade over the skewers, then let them marinate for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator. This amount makes about 10 skewers.
